Shared Living
We have shared and single bedrooms. It’s important to understand that some people will have experience with roommates while this will be new to others.

Reduced Rates
The Mount Robson Inn provides subsidized staff accommodation to those who need it. If this is the case, you will be required to sign a rental agreement. We charge monthly rent plus a damage deposit. Both will be deducted directly from your pay cheque.

Cook Together
Are you interested in trying a different recipe or two? Shared living spaces means you can enjoy meals together with friends.

Keep it Clean
A $25 ‘clean house’ credit will be applied to your rent each month if you keep everything clean in your personal space as well as the shared common areas.

Housing Change
MRI Staff Accommodation offers a few different spaces to live. If you would prefer to transfer to a different unit, we try to make happen for those who stay and work for at least 3 months.

Down Time
Downtime is important between shifts and looks different for everyone, so everyone is responsible to keep a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere at home.
What does Staff Housing look like?
Unlike apartment living, staff accommodation is much like you’d expect in a college experience: shared bedrooms, common spaces, and lots of opportunities for community building.
If you like the idea of making new friends, swapping stories, cooking with your roommates, and sharing a drink or two together in the common space - then this is the perfect place for you!

What’s expected when you live in staff accommodation.
We want to ensure that the accommodations provide a safe, comfortable, and respectful atmosphere for everyone.
The space is shared with others who may have values and habits different from yours. Some roommates will have experience travelling and living in shared spaces, and for others it may be their first time away from home.
We expect that you will respect your roommates’ comfort levels, keep you space tidy, share in keeping common areas clean and resolve conflicts in a polite manner.
