    A convenient schedule is available and offers the opportunity to travel to and from West Edmonton Mall or the Edmonton International Airport without changing buses and with limited stops. Convenient schedules are also available for Calgary International Airport, Banff or Lake Louise. May 1st through to mid October, shuttle and bus service to Calgary from Jasper is operated by Brewster.

  • Yes, the Mount Robson Inn is family owned and operated. Its sister property is Mountaineer Lodge in Lake Louise, Alberta (just about a 2 hour and 45 minute drive South East of Jasper). The same family also owns Best Western in Valemount, BC (1 hour and 15 minutes West of Jasper).

  • Bring clothes for a variety of weather! Depending on the time of year you’re here, you can expect to experience everything from warm, summer days to rain, snow, and everything in between. Layers will be your best friend.

    We recommend that you bring a backpack, jackets/coats, winter gear (even for summer), your favourite personal items (books, musical instruments, laptop, hobbies). etc. You do not need to bring any furniture or bedding.

  • If you’re hired to work at Mount Robson Inn, your manager will provide a uniform shirt and nametag. We ask all team members to wear comfortable, clean clothing, and appropriate footwear for walking and standing.

    When you arrive, you’ll be greeted and shown to the staff accommodation. You will receive your orientation package which includes your employee handbook and some paperwork for you to complete.

    Your manager will also give you a work schedule which includes a training schedule. You will be shown around the property and get to meet the hotel team!
